Uzbekistan – Art Musem

You can literally spend hours in the State Art Museum in Tashkent. It displays many forms of arts, all pointing to a long built craftsmanship and a rich culture.

Below there are three beautiful carpets that I photographed. Uzbekistan has a rich tradition of craftsmanship in Tapestry, as you would expect from the very country that symbolises the Silk Roads.
